I bought this USED as a gift for a friend. The service was absolutely outstanding and I be grateful for all that the seller did for me to get it shipped quickly and even included a birthday greeting. HOWEVER, according to the recipient, the product does not work at all. He says the array was dead and won’t charge, there was no video or sound card and it does not hook up to the internet…. I don’t really know what to reckon. He lives in Florida. I live in Utah so I can’t look at it myself. I still give a thumbs up to the seller though. And maybe my friend is just an idiot who doesn’t know how to run a laptop…. LOL

I am very pleased with my laptop, of course it is not strain new, I bought mine used, but it looks and facility like strain new. The manufacturer was very simple to work with and was very determined to get me a product that I would like!

It came within days of ordering and I have been extremely pleased with the speed and ease of use, but the R did fall off a few days ago but no biggie, obviously I can still use it!

I just started working on mine today and whattya know..it does not have any freaking programs on it!!!
You must ‘make it your’s’ and update lot’s of stuff.
The one I bought was from 2005 and nothing was updated since, so read my comment next to find out what best to do when you buy used.
I expected from the first review that is it “was packed with useful programs!”
You do not need to buy particular programs but trust me, it will NOT BE LOADED.
