I bought this Toshiba based on store recommendation & online reviews. I’ve already returned first model after 2 weeks, as the DVD drive kept randomly opening & wouldn’t stay closed. The new replacement computer’s mouse scrolling won’t work & the computer freezes up after logging on. I’m currently hoping to return for a full refund. I’ll be looking for a different strain.

This is the WORST piece of electronics I have ever bought. The only thing worse than this piece of crap is Toshiba’s customer service. I have had it for 2 months and have already had to mail it back twice, which of course resulted in losing ALL my data. Do physically a favor and don’t even THINK of buying a Toshiba.
